Appointment Terms & Conditions

Veatu Aesthetics ensures every patient receives very comprehensive treatment and care. Each person and business with whom we operate with has been carefully selected for the quality of their product or service that they offer. We offer our patients competitive pricing for treatments and the reassurance that the treatment will reflect quality and care throughout, including adherence to The Association for Cosmetic Practitioners Britain (ACPB) regulations and FDA approval for all products – we will not work with any products that are not FDA approved.

Booking Fees

To maintain our professional and ethical standards we don't charge a fee for an initial consultation but scheduled treatments are subject to a £40 deposit. You will be provided with all the necessary information and medical advice that you may need to make an informed decision about your treatment before you make an appointment for treatment.

Cancellation Fees and Late Arrivals

Cancellations can be made by phone call, text or email at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We would be grateful if you could inform us as soon as you know, to avoid any confusion and to help us maintain our level of service and availability to all our patients.

We reserve the right to keep the deposit for an appointment booking, for clients who fail to turn up for an appointment, or those who do not cancel a booking at least 48 hours prior to booking date. This includes both anti-wrinkle treatments where consultations are with the Doctor or Nurse and all other filler treatments booked in advance.  Patients who do cancel an appointment within these terms are able to transfer the booking fee to a new booking only.

If you fail to cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment, a note will be made on your record notifying our team to take full payment at the time the next appointment is made.

Although we do our best to accommodate late arrivals, there may be times when a late arrival may result in the need to reschedule your appointment due to not having the required time to carry out a thorough consultation prior to the treatment.  If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment more than once, Veatu Aesthetics reserve the right to request full payment upfront for any subsequent bookings.
